Solution center virus

Everytime I turn on my computer I get a pop up from the solution center telling me to install it. I don't have the code or know how to install it and I wasn't having this problem until after I installed a windows update.

How do I get rid of this annoying problem? How long have you been getting this error? Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to getting this error?
